We deeply appreciate your honesty and integrity. When it was discovered in June that the wrong bed had been ordered, you were forthright in telling us that you had made the mistake. You did not blame anyone else, did not try to hide the mistake, you apologized, and you immediately stated you would make it right. You also gave us some financial consideration for the inconvenience it caused. Every aspect of your response to the mistake was FIRST CLASS. In this day and age, too few people exhibit the high level of professionalism that you displayed. You DID make it right, and Wendy and I are very grateful.
You also came out personally and fixed our LED lights when I said they were falling off. I informed you of that when you placed a follow-up call to me to ensure we were satisfied. That follow-up is another example of your high professionalism.
